Sharing LAFFter* to lift us Up on our LMF journey!

LAFF Up Loud (lul!) is inspired by the love, beauty, courage, wisdom, intelligence, strength and laughter of Rita Kopp and our truly blessed LMF friendship we share with her that lifts us up with love and joy in every way and every day!

 *LAFFter is about sharing Love & AFFirmations with each other to bring more smiles, joy, unity, and love to our journey to lift us Up, especially on the challenging days!  Lifting others up and affirming who they are with love and support is something Rita always does effortlessly because that is who she is. LUL is also a reminder on those days that have us feeling down, to look UP for strength and faith and to remember we are loved and supported.  Like Thomas Jefferson said, "When you reach the end of  your rope, tie a knot in it and hang on!"

Whenever Rita and her LMFs get together, we usually close down restaurants because we don't want to leave and try to stay longer than the staff (3-hour muffins!)!  We call ourselves "LMFs" because we are Low Maintenance Friends-- we don't have time for the drama but often times drama finds us anyway, so we need good LMFs to support us to get through it with love and LAFFter.  Plus we have come to see LMF also means "Love Me First" which is necessary to do in order to be strong & centered within so you can be strong without for others--which LMFs remind us to do to help keep us from getting lost in the chaos life can bring.  Our friendship is about sharing from the heart and knowing we have people in our lives that really get us...and love us anyway!! When we lol with friends from the heart, it becomes lul-LAFFter because the love and affirmation we share not only has us laughing out loud, but it's also LAFFter UP loud that lifts us UP so we know we are never in this alone.

One experience we can count on in life is change (and thank goodness or else we wouldn't have butterflies--lul!).  Even in those darkest times when experiences just don't make sense, we can shine some light by LAFFing with our friends to find the trust, strength and faith to do what we need to do to get through anything our journey brings.  Let's all share the LAFFter to help find the UPside of life!
